Installation of Magmic's BlackBerry Games ---------------------------------------------------------- Part 1 - Installation Part 2 - Removal Part 3 - Support ---------------------------------------------------------- Part 1 - Installation Games can be installed on to your device through three ways. 1- Over-The-Air (simplest): The easiest way to install is over-the-air (OTA) through your BlackBerry Browser by visiting bb.magmic.com and following the directions from there. 2- Desktop Manager: Download the ZIP file containing the game you would like to install. a- unzip the contents of the file to a directory. b- plug your BlackBerry into it's cradle or USB connector c- run BlackBerry Desktop Manager d- open the Application Loader and once it has synchronized with your BlackBerry select Add... and follow the instructions to find the games you just unzipped above and then to proceed with uploading them to your device If you experience the "No additional applications..." error, this is a common problem with the BlackBerry Desktop Manager and can be fixed by completing the installation of the Desktop Manager. There are two parts to this installation (Desktop Manager and Handheld Software) and when the second part is not installed games and other applications can not be recognized. Part 2 - Removal To remove a game that was installed on your device over-the-air, open the Options application on your device and you will see a list of items. Open Applications to see the list of applications, including games, on your device. Select the game and then from the thumb-wheel menu, select Delete. If you used the Direct Installer method to load your games then find the original folder and run the Remove_Serial or Remove_USB batch file.
